Mark and drill a 1/4-inch (6.35 mm) hole through the wheel opening fender fascia flange as shown in Figure 12.

Mask the fender wheel opening as shown in Figure 13. Clean and scuff the masked area and spray blackout paint (DX9) below the mask line.
7.
Insert retainer PN 6030441 in the lower hole in the fender at the wheel opening flange (Figure 13).
