Thermostatic Air Cleaner Actuator: Service and Repair
1. Remove air cleaner housing from vehicle.
2. Disconnect vacuum hose from diaphragm, then tilt diaphragm slightly forward and rotate unit counterclockwise to disengage lock.
3. When diaphragm is free from snorkel, slide assembly to one side to disengage operating rod from heat control door and remove from air cleaner
snorkel.
4. Reverse procedure to install.
