11. Install pressure plate spring in pressure plate center groove.
12. Lubricate outside diameter and chamfer of end plate with fluid to insure against damage to O-ring seal in housing. Then press end plate into
housing. While holding end plate down in housing, install end plate retaining ring. Be sure end plate is completely and solidly seated in groove of
housing.
13. Remove assembly from press and install flow control spring and valve into housing bore with hex head screw entering housing bore first.
14. Install magnet into housing, if used.
15. Position pressure union O-ring seal in bore of housing over flow control valve.
16. Mount pump housing in vise with soft jaws and install pump reservoir.
17. Install pressure union and new O-ring seal in reservoir. Tighten union firmly.
18. Install mounting stud and new O-ring seal in reservoir. Tighten stud securely.
19. Install drive shaft key in slot in shaft. Support shaft on opposite side while installing key. Install reservoir cap.
