13. Install the clean air tube (2).
14. Install the clean air tube fastener (3) and tighten to 7 Nm (62 in. lbs.).
15. Connect the high voltage inter lock (HVIL) electrical connector.
16. Connect the brake booster hose and positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) hose.
17. Install the cowl grille (4), front push pins (5) and the rear screws (1).
18. Install the wiper arms (2) and the retaining nuts (3) See: Wiper and Washer Systems/Wiper Arm/Service and Repair/Wiper Arm - Installation
19. Connect the 12 volt battery system ground isolation connector (1) and secure the connector to the electric vacuum pump bracket (2).
