9. Disconnect the fuel supply line quick connect fitting at the fuel rail (1) and plug the fuel supply line with a shipping cap See: Powertrain
Management/Fuel Delivery and Air Induction/Fuel Line Coupler/Service and Repair
10. Return the fuel pump relay or the fuel pump speed relay to the PDC.
NOTE: One or more Diagnostic Trouble Code(s) (DTC) may have been stored in the PCM memory due to the fuel pump relay removal. A
diagnostic scan tool must be used to erase a DTC.
