Durango 2WD V8-5.7L Hybrid (2009)
WARNING: On vehicles equipped with the high voltage system, you must thoroughly read and follow all High Voltage Safety procedures. In
addition, before performing any diagnostic or service procedure near a high voltage component, you must perform the High
Voltage Power Down. Failure to follow these instructions may result in possible serious or fatal injury See: Hybrid Drive

1. Position the coolant pump and bracket (1) on lower radiator.
2. Install the mounting bolts (2). Tighten bolts (2) to 8.6 Nm (75 in. lbs.)
3. Install the coolant line (5).
4. Install the coolant line (3).
5. Connect the coolant pump electrical connector (1).
6. Lower vehicle.
7. Connect negative battery cable.
8. Perform HEV specific high voltage power up and high voltage isolation check safety procedures. See: Hybrid Drive Systems/Battery System,

9. Fill the TPIM cooling system and check for leaks. See: Cooling System/Service and Repair/TPIM Cooling System Filling
