Battery Current Sensor: Service and Repair
High Voltage Current Sensor - Installation
INSTALLATION
1. Connect the connector to the bottom of the current sensor.
2. Remove the HV Battery Cable Terminal Cover 10084 from the positive high voltage line.
3. Slide the high voltage cable through the current sensor.
4. Install the contactor terminal nut (1). Tighten to 3.4 Nm (30 in. lbs.)
5. Install the two current sensor mounting bolts. Tighten to 6 Nm (51 in. lbs.)
6. Install the four side shield bolts. Tighten to 6 Nm (51 in. lbs.)
