12. Disconnect the TEHCM electrical connector (1) from the valve body (2).
NOTE: To remove, gently pull on the passage sleeve after disengaging the locking tab. If stuck use an internal expanding collet to remove.
13. Lift up the passage sleeve locking tab (1). Remove the passage sleeve by gripping firmly on two ends and pulling away from the transmission.
14. Remove the valve body bolts (1).
