CONTENTS" AT THE TOP OF THE wiTECH DIAGNOSTIC APPLICATION WINDOW.
THE wiTECH SOFTWARE LEVEL MUST BE AT RELEASE 10.01 OR HIGHER TO PERFORM THIS PROCEDURE.

OVERVIEW:
This bulletin involves selectively erasing and reprogramming the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) with new software.

SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
The software contains the following improvements for all customers:
^
Improves the cold rough idle.
^
Corrects long cranks by improve the crank synchronization algorithm. For those customers who are operating on E85 these additional enhancements
were made:
^
Hesitations and sags while coolant is below 10 °C (50 °F) with E85 fuel.

A MIL illumination for P0171 - Fuel System Monitor Lean Bank 1.
^
A MIL illumination for P0174 - Fuel System Monitor Lean Bank 2.
DIAGNOSIS:
