Durango 4WD V8-5.7L Hybrid (2009)
7. Install the vacuum hose to the check valve (2).
8. Reconnect the four electrical connectors (4, 5, 7 and one behind the master cylinder).
9. Raise and support the vehicle.
10. Install the IPM bracket (1) lower bolt (2) and tighten to 11.5 Nm (102 in. lbs).
11. Install the wheelhouse splash shield. See: Body and Frame/Fender/Front Fender/Front Fender Liner/Description and Operation.
12. Install the wheel. See: Maintenance/Wheels and Tires/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement.
13. Remove the supports and lower the vehicle.
14. Position the cowl grill support (2) and install the bolts (1). Tighten the bolts to 100 Nm (74 ft. lbs).
15. Install the windshield wiper module. See: Wiper and Washer Systems/Wiper Gear Box/Service and Repair/Wiper Transmission - Installation.
16. Install the cowl plenum cover/grille panel. See: Body and Frame/Cowl/Cowl Moulding / Trim/Service and Repair/Cowl Panel Cover - Installation
17. Install the wiper arms. See: Wiper and Washer Systems/Wiper Arm/Service and Repair/Wiper Arm - Installation
