High Voltage Battery - Removal
REMOVAL
WARNING: On vehicles equipped with the high voltage system, you must thoroughly read and follow all High Voltage Safety procedures. In
addition, before performing any diagnostic or service procedure near a high voltage component, you must perform the High
Voltage Power Down. Failure to follow these instructions may result in possible serious or fatal injury See: Service Precautions
1. Remove the rear seat See: Body and Frame/Seats/Service and Repair/Seat, Front/Seat - Removal
2. Remove the terminal block cover assembly.
3. Remove the retainers from the strain relief clamp.
4. Remove the retainers from the wire terminals.
5. Remove push pins and remove the battery pack cooling duct (1).
6. Remove the battery pack vent tube (2) from the floor pan.
