NOTE: 

THIS BULLETIN APPLIES TO CARAVAN SE (HIGH LINE) VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH WHEEL COVERS BUILT BETWEEN JUNE 19,
1995 (MDH O619XX) AND JULY 13, 1995 (MDH 0713XX).

SYMPTOM/CONDITION: 
Wheel cover(s) separates from wheel.

DIAGNOSIS:

If the vehicle operator states the wheel cover(s) will not stay on the wheel and the vehicle was built between June 19, 1995 (MDH 0619XX) and July 13,
1995 (MDH 0713XX) perform the Repair Procedure.

REPAIR PROCEDURE:

This bulletin involves installing revised wheel covers.

1.

Remove any wheel covers still on the vehicle and discard them.

2.

Install 4 revised wheel covers (P/N 4684260).

POLICY: Reimbursable within the provisions of the warranty.
