Grand Caravan L4-2.4L DOHC (1996)
Removal
1. Remove seat from vehicle.
2. Remove screws holding inboard side cover to seat cushion.
3. Separate side cover from seat.
4. Remove bolts holding recliner bracket to seat cushion.
5. Separate recliner bracket from seat.
6. Remove bolt holding seat belt buckle to seat track.
7. Separate buckle from vehicle.
Installation
Reverse the preceding operation. Tighten seat belt anchor bolt to 39 Nm (29 ft. lbs.).
Seat Belt Buckle
SEAT BELT BUCKLE FIRST REAR 2-PASS BENCH
Removal
1. Remove seat from vehicle.
2. Remove bolt holding inboard seat belt/buckle to seat frame.
3. Separate belt from seat.
Installation
Reverse the preceding operation. Tighten seat belt anchor bolt to 39 Nm (29 ft. lbs.).
Seat Belt Buckle
SEAT BELT BUCKLE SECOND REAR 3 PASS BENCH
Removal
1. Remove bolt holding seat belt buckle to seat rear frame rail.
2. Separate seat belt buckle from seat.
Installation
1. Place seat belt buckle in position on seat.
2. Install bolt to hold seat belt buckle to seat rear frame rail. Tighten bolt to 39 Nm (29 ft. lbs.) torque.
