Grand Caravan V6-3.3L Flex Fuel (2008)
NOTE: Before power brake booster (1) installation, be certain a NEW dash seal (2) is installed on the booster mounting studs.
1. Install power brake booster through engine compartment, guiding push rod and mounting studs (4) through dash panel with vacuum check valve
oriented to 10 O'clock position on booster face.
2. Install four power brake booster mounting nuts (3). Tighten nuts to 28 Nm (21 ft. lbs.).
3. Slide booster push rod (2) onto brake pedal pin (3). Install NEW retaining clip (1) securing push rod to brake pedal.
