Grand Caravan V6-3.3L Flex Fuel (2008)
1. Fold the third row seat down to its storage position for easiest access to the seat belt lower anchor (4) on the quarter inner panel.
2. Remove the nut that secures the lower anchor to the stud on the quarter inner panel.
3. Remove the quarter trim bolster (2) from the quarter trim panel.See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Trim Panel/Service and
Repair/Quarter Panel Trim/Quarter Trim Bolster/Removal.
4. Remove the quarter trim panel (5) from the quarter inner panel..
5. Pull the seat belt turning loop cover (2) down from the headliner far enough to access the screw securing the turning loop bracket.
6. Remove the screw that secures the turning loop bracket to the inner roof rail (1).
7. Disengage the tab on the turning loop bracket from the keyed slot in the inner roof rail.
8. Disengage the clips that secure the seat belt web guide (2) to the quarter inner panel (1).
9. Remove the screw (4) that secures the retractor (3) lower bracket to the quarter inner panel.
10. Lift the retractor upward far enough to disengage the retractor tab from the keyed slot in the quarter inner panel.
11. Remove the third row outboard seat belt and retractor from the vehicle as a unit.
