8. Route hose over engine and down to pump.
9. Position pressure hose (3) routing clamp at right side of engine (5) and install mounting screw. Tighten screw to 10 Nm (89 in. lbs.).
10. Position pressure hose (3) routing clamp at intake manifold (4) and install stud head mounting screw. Tighten screw to 28 Nm (21 ft. lbs.).
11. Install alternator bracket (3) to the alternator and stud.
12. Install alternator bracket nut (2) and tighten to 28 Nm (21 ft. lbs.).
13. Install alternator bracket bolt (1) and tighten to 28 Nm (21 ft. lbs.).
NOTE: Before installing power steering pressure hose on power steering pump, replace O-ring on end of power steering pressure hose.
Lubricate O-ring using clean power steering fluid.
14. Install pressure hose (1) into pump (2) fitting. Thread pressure hose tube nut into pump and tighten to 31 Nm (23 ft. lbs.).
15. Install air cleaner housing cover and hose to intake manifold.See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Tune-up and Engine Performance

16. Install negative (-) battery cable on negative battery post.
17. Fill and bleed power steering system.See: Power Steering Bleeding/Service and Repair
18. Inspect for leaks.
