6. Install the lower plastic grille (1) to the vehicle.
7. Install the plastic push pins to the bumper and lower support.
8. Install the air temp sensor onto the lower support. Tighten the bolts to 5.5 Nm (49 in.lbs.).
9. Connect the electrical connector to the air temp sensor (2).
10. Install the front bumper fascia (1).See: Body and Frame/Bumper/Front Bumper/Front Bumper Cover / Fascia/Service and Repair/Front Fascia -
Installation.
11. Install negative (-) battery cable on negative battery post.
12. Fill and bleed power steering system.See: Power Steering Bleeding/Service and Repair
13. Inspect for leaks.
Supply Hose
INSTALLATION
1. Slide supply hose (3) onto reservoir (2). Do not install clamp at this time.
2. Slide supply hose (3) onto power steering pump (4). Position clamp over supply hose on pump fitting and attach it. Be sure hose clamp is
installed past bead on pump fitting.
3. Position clamp over supply hose on reservoir fitting and attach it. Be sure hose clamp is installed past bead on fluid reservoir fitting.
4. Install negative (-) battery cable on negative battery post.
5. Fill and bleed power steering system.See: Power Steering Bleeding/Service and Repair
