Grand Caravan V6-3.3L Flex Fuel (2008)
2. Attach outer tie rod (5) to knuckle (2). Start NEW nut (1) onto outer tie rod stud. While holding stud stationary, tighten nut using a wrench. Using
a crowfoot wrench on a torque wrench, tighten nut to 75 Nm (55 ft. lbs.).
3. Snug tie rod jam nut (3). Do not fully tighten at this time. Tighten tie rod jam nuts to specifications while performing wheel alignment at end of
this procedure.
4. Install tire and wheel assembly (1)See: Wheels and Tires/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Tires and Wheels - Installation. Install
and tighten wheel mounting nuts (3) to 135 Nm (100 ft. lbs.).
5. Lower vehicle.
6. Perform wheel alignment, setting toe to specifications.See: Alignment/Service and Repair
