Front Door Window Regulator: Service and Repair
Front Door Window Regulator - Removal

REMOVAL

NOTE: Left side shown in illustrations. Right side similar.

1. Remove the front door trim panel See: Front Door Panel/Service and Repair/Front Door Trim Panel - Removal.
2. Disconnect the wire harness connector (4) from the window regulator motor (1). 
3. Remove the three screws (3) that secure the window regulator motor to the carrier plate (2) and remove the motor.

4. If servicing the window regulator, remove the carrier plate (2) and place it on a workbench See: Service and Repair/Front Door Carrier Plate -

Removal.

5. Remove the four screws (3 and 4) that secure the window regulator rails (1) to the carrier plate and remove the window regulator.
