2. Cut and remove 25.4mm (1 in) of foam from the upper portion of the foam isolator around the handle link as indicated in (Fig. 1).
3. Install the sliding door trim panel right and/or left side. Refer to the detailed procedures available in DealerCONNECT > TechCONNECT > :
Service Info > 23-Body > Doors - Sliding > PANEL, Door Trim > Installation.
4. Verify the power locking and unlocking mechanisms work correctly. Then verify the door power opens utilizing the door handles and B-pillar switch.
Perform this lock, unlock, power open test cycle 5 times.
5. Return the vehicle to the customer.
