Trunk / Liftgate Lock Cylinder: Service and Repair
Lock Cylinder - Installation
INSTALLATION
1. Position the liftgate lock cylinder (4) into the liftgate (1) and install the two retaining nuts (2). Tighten the nuts to 3 Nm (22 in. lbs.).
2. Install the lock cylinder rod (3) onto the lock cylinder and engage the retaining clip that secures the rod to the cylinder.
3. Install the liftgate trim panel See: Doors, Hood and Trunk/Trunk / Liftgate/Trunk / Liftgate Interior Trim Panel/Service and Repair/Liftgate Trim
