Grand Caravan V6-3.8L (2009)
1. If required, install the seat adjuster handle (2) onto the seat track (3). Tighten the bolts securely.
2. Install the pivot bolt (1) that secures the seat back to the seat track (3). Tighten the bolt to 48 Nm (35 ft. lbs).
3. If servicing the outboard seat track, install the nut that secures the seat back to the recliner (2).
4. Install the riser to the seat track See: Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Seats, First Row/Seat Riser - Installation.
5. Install the seat cushion and cover See: Seat Cover/Service and Repair/Seat Cushion Cover - Installation.
6. Install the seat into the vehicle See: Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Seats, First Row/Seat - Installation.
First Row - Power Front
INSTALLATION
NOTE: Driver seat shown in illustrations. Passenger seat similar.
1. Position the seat riser (2) to the seat track and install the retaining two nuts (1) and bolts (3). Tighten the nuts and bolts to 48 Nm (35 ft. lbs.).
2. Install the wire harness retaining bracket (4) onto the seat riser.
