Grand Caravan V6-3.8L (2009)
1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
2. If equipped, remove the silencer from underneath the passenger side of the instrument panel.
3. Reach up between the HVAC air inlet housing and the HVAC air distribution housing and remove the two screws (1) that secure the blend door
actuator (2) to the bracket located on the passenger side of the air distribution housing (3) and remove the actuator from the bracket.
4. Disengage the red locking tab and disconnect the wire harness (4) from the blend door actuator and remove the actuator from the vehicle.
Rear
REMOVAL
1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
2. Remove rear heater-A/C housing (1) and place it on a workbench .
3. Disconnect the wire harness connector (2) from the rear blend door actuator (3).
4. Remove the two screws (4) that secure the rear blend door actuator to the back of the rear heater-A/C housing and remove the actuator.
