NOTE:
This notification applies only to the above vehicles built through December 03, 2008 (MDH 120323).
IMPORTANT:
Some of the involved vehicles may be in dealer used vehicle inventory. Dealers should complete this repair on these vehicles before retail delivery.
Dealers should also perform this repair on vehicles in for service. Involved vehicles can be determined by using the VIP inquiry process.
Subject
The Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) drain tube and grommet on about 77,500 of the above vehicles may leak water onto the
passenger compartment carpeting.
Repair
The HVAC drain tube and grommet must be replaced.

No special tools are required to perform this service procedure.
Completion Reporting and Reimbursement
Claims for vehicles that have been serviced must be submitted on the DealerCONNECT Claim Entry Screen located on the Service tab. Claims
submitted will be used by Chrysler to record recall service completions and provide dealer payments.
