Ignition Switch: Service and Repair
Wireless Ignition Node Receiver - Installation
INSTALLATION
1. Install wireless ignition node (WIN) (2) to instrument panel and install screws (1). Tighten screws to 2.5 Nm (22 in. lbs.).
2. Install electrical connector (2) to WIN (3).
3. Install coaxial electrical cable connector (1) to WIN (3).
4. Install instrument bezel.
5. Install knee blocker, See: Restraint Systems/Knee Diverter/Service and Repair/Kneeblocker - Installation.
6. Connect negative battery cable, tighten nut to 5 Nm (45 in. lbs.).
7. Program the WIN, See: Powertrain Management/Computers and Control Systems/Testing and Inspection/Programming and Relearning.
