Grand Caravan V6-3.8L (2009)
15. Install disc brake caliper and adapter bracket (1) over axle and rotor as an assembly.
16. Install two bolts (2) securing disc brake caliper and adapter bracket (1) to axle. Tighten mounting bolts to 100 Nm (74 ft. lbs.).
17. Position parking brake cable routing bracket to axle and install screw securing it in place. Tighten screw to 6 Nm (55 in. lbs.).
18. Position right rear parking brake cable (1) in front of axle (3) and install screws (2) securing cable in place. Tighten screws to 6 Nm (55 in. lbs.).
19. Position left rear parking brake cable routing clamp at left axle trailing arm. Tighten screw to 6 Nm (55 in. lbs.).
20. On each side of vehicle, install tire and wheel assembly (1) See: Wheels and Tires/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Tires and
Wheels - Installation. Install and tighten wheel mounting nuts (3) to 135 Nm (100 ft. lbs.).
21. Lower vehicle.
22. Pump the brake pedal several times to ensure the vehicle has a firm brake pedal before moving the vehicle.
23. Position vehicle on alignment rack/drive-on lift. Raise lift as necessary to access the rear suspension while keeping vehicle at curb (riding) height.
