Suspension Travel Bumper: Service and Repair
Removal

FRONT-WHEEL-DRIVE

1.   Remove the bolt attaching the jounce bumper to frame rail (Figure 1).
2.   Remove the jounce bumper from the frame rail.

1.   Using slip-joint pliers grasp the base of the jounce bumper. Turn the base counterclockwise (Figure 1).
2.   Remove the jounce bumper from the frame rail.
