REMOVED FROM YOUR FILES. ALL REVISIONS ARE HIGHLIGHTED WITH **ASTERISKS** AND INCLUDE AN UPDATED OVERVIEW,
REPAIR PROCEDURE AND LABOR TIME.

SUBJECT:
Flash: Driver/Memory Seat or Driver Power Seat Functions Intermittently
OVERVIEW:
This bulletin involves selectively erasing and reprogramming the Memory Seat Module (MSMD) **and performing calibration on the MSMD with the
STARSCan. **

NOTE:
This bulletin applies to RT vehicles with sales code JT2 and KK vehicles with sales code LEW built prior to September 21, 2007 (0921XXMDH).
SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
The driver/memory seat and or driver power seat functions can become intermittently inoperative due to a Memory Seat Module software issue. A
software design change has been made to eliminated these intermittent conditions.
DIAGNOSIS:
Using a Scan Tool (StarSCAN(R)) with the appropriate Diagnostic Procedures available in TechCONNECT, verify the driver power seat system is
functioning as designed. If DIG's are present record them on the repair order and repair as necessary before proceeding further with this bulletin.
If the vehicle operator describes or experiences the Symptom/Condition, perform the Repair Procedure.

NOTE:
Before performing this Repair Procedure, the operating software in the StarSCAN(R) must be programmed with software release level 8.05 or
