Knock Sensor: Service and Repair
Removal

4.0L

1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable at battery.
2. Remove engine cover.
3. Remove upper intake manifold,See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Intake Manifold/Service and Repair/Intake Manifold - Removal.
4. Disconnect electrical connector.
5. Remove knock sensor.
