Grand Caravan V6-4.0L (2008)
1. Position the seat belt buckle (1) lower anchor to the inboard seat back hinge bracket (2). Be certain to engage the anti-rotation tab of the lower
anchor with the clearance hole of the hinge bracket.
2. Install and tighten the screws (3) that secures the buckle lower anchor to the hinge bracket. Tighten the screws to 39 Nm (29 ft. lbs.).
3. Reinstall the side shield and hinge cover to the inboard side of the seat cushion (4).

THIRD ROW BENCH DOUBLE BUCKLE
WARNING: To avoid serious or fatal injury during and following any seat belt or child restraint anchor service, carefully inspect all seat belts,
buckles, mounting hardware, retractors, tether straps, and anchors for proper installation, operation, or damage. Replace any belt that is cut,
frayed, or torn. Straighten any belt that is twisted. Tighten any loose fasteners. Replace any belt that has a damaged or ineffective buckle or
retractor. Replace any belt that has a bent or damaged latch plate or anchor plate. Replace any child restraint anchor or the unit to which the
anchor is integral that has been bent or damaged. Never attempt to repair a seat belt or child restraint component. Always replace damaged or
ineffective seat belt and child restraint components with the correct, new and unused replacement parts listed in the DaimlerChrysler
Mopar(R) Parts Catalog.
1. From in front of the 60 percent third row seat back, insert the shared lower anchor of the third row center anchor buckle (1) and the left outboard
seat belt buckle (3) through the clearance hole in the seat cushion trim cover to the back of the third row seat cushion frame (5).
2. From the behind the seat back, engage the double buckle unit lower anchor over the stud (4) on the cushion frame.
3. Install and tighten the nut (2) that secures the double buckle lower anchor to the stud. Tighten the nut to 39 Nm (29 ft. lbs.).
4. Engage the J-clip retainers that secure the seat cushion trim cover to the rear edge of the seat cushion frame.
5. Reinstall the ends of the plastic grocery bag retainer onto the seat hinge cover at each side of the seat cushion.
6. Install and tighten the screws that secure the grocery bag retainer to the underside of the rear edge of the seat cushion frame.
