23. Clean the rotor-to-hub mating surface (Figure 9).
CAUTION:
Failure to clean the rotor-to-hub mating surface could cause brake pedal pulsation.
24. Apply a light coat of Mopar Anti-Seize (P/N 05012249AB) or equivalent to the rotor pilot hub on the wheel hub.
25. Install the front brake rotor onto the hub.
26. Install the disc brake caliper and the brake caliper adapter assembly. Tighten the adapter bolts to 125 ft. lbs. (169 N.m).
27. Pump the brake pedal several times to ensure the vehicle has a firm brake pedal.
28. Install the new hub nut on the end of halfshaft stub shaft. With the aid of a helper, apply the brakes to keep the front hub from turning while
tightening the hub nut to 160 ft. lbs. (217 N.m) (Figure 10).
