3. Remove and discard the hub nut from the axle halfshaft stub shaft (Figure 1).

4. Remove the brake pads, brake caliper and brake caliper adapter as an assembly (Figure 2).

CAUTION: 

Do not allow the brake caliper and brake caliper adapter to hang by the brake hose. Use a strap to keep the brake caliper and the brake caliper
adapter supported.

5. Remove the front brake rotors.
