Install the right and left side covers for the seat cushion (Figure 11).
CAUTION:
When installing the side covers avoid pinching or piercing the seat heater wiring with the side cover retaining screw (Figure 11).

Hook the J-strip on the rear carpet cover.

Install the seatback panel.
38.
Repeat Steps 9 through 37 on the other seat.

With the help of an assistant, place each of the seats into the vehicle and connect the seat harness connector to the vehicle harness (Figure 12).
40.
Lift the vehicle on a hoist.
41.
Install the four (4) seat retaining nuts onto the seat mounting studs for each seat. Tighten the nuts to 44 ft.lbs. (60 N.m) (Figure 1).
42.
Lower the vehicle from the hoist.
43.
Connect the negative battery cable.
44.
Verify that the seat adjusters and seat heaters are functioning properly.
