Remove the suspect relay(s) from the bracket.
4.
Install the replacement relay(s) on the bracket.
5.
Connect the wiring to the relay(s).
6.
Reinstall the relay and bracket assembly to the inner fender. Torque the screws to 35 in.lbs. (4 N-m).
