Camshaft Position Sensor: Testing and Inspection
Helpful Information

Circuit K7 supplies 8 Volts from the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) to the Camshaft Position Sensor. The K7 circuit connects to cavity 7 of the
PCM connector.

Circuit K4 splices to supply ground for the signals from the following:

Intake air temperature sensor

Engine coolant temperature sensor

Manifold absolute pressure sensor

Throttle position sensor

A/C pressure switch

Crankshaft position sensor
