SUBJECT:
Shudder/Chatter/Creak Sound During Upward Movement Of **A Window**
OVERVIEW:
This bulletin involves cleaning and greasing the window regulator channel(s).
MODELS:
2001 - **2004**
(JR) Sebring Convertible
2000 - **2004**
(LH) LHS/300M/Concorde/Intrepid
SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
On the JR convertible vehicles, the glass may shudder/chatter or creak when going up. On LH vehicles, a creaking sound may be heard at the belt area
near the "B" pillar when the window is run full up.
DIAGNOSIS:
Run the windows down and up, if a shudder/chatter/creak sound is observed perform the Repair Procedure.

REPAIR PROCEDURE:
JR-Vehicles, Front
1.
Run the door glass all the way up then very slightly down.
2.
Use the procedures outlined in the appropriate service manual to remove the door trim panel starting with step 2.
3.
Remove/pull back the water shield as necessary to gain access to the rear glass channel/liftplate.
