NOTE:
This notification applies only to the above vehicles equipped with
6 Premium Speakers w/Subwoofer (sales code RC9) and Uconnect Voice Command w/Bluetooth (sales code RSP) built through December 24, 2010
(MDH 122410).
2011 (LD) Dodge Charger
NOTE:
This notification applies only to the above vehicles equipped with UConnect Voice Command w/Bluetooth (sales code RSP) and either 276 Watt
Amplifier (sales code RD7) or 506 Watt Amplifier (sales code RFD) built through January 4, 2011 (MDH 010423).
IMPORTANT:
Some of the involved vehicles may be in dealer vehicle inventory. Dealers should complete this repair on these vehicles before retail delivery.
Dealers should also perform this repair on vehicles in for service. Involved vehicles can be determined by using the VIP inquiry process.
Subject
The audio system amplifier software on about 150 of the above vehicles may mute the rear park assist chime while conducting a hands free call. This will
disallow the rear park assist chime from being communicated to the driver.
Repair
The audio system amplifier software must be reprogrammed (flashed).

Completion Reporting and Reimbursement Dealer Notification
Claims for vehicles that have been serviced must be submitted on the DealerCONNECT Claim Entry Screen located on the Service tab. Claims
submitted will be used by Chrysler to record Customer Satisfaction Notification service completions and provide dealer payments.
