Camshaft Oil Seal: Service and Repair
Camshaft Seal(s) - Removal
REMOVAL
1. Perform the fuel pressure release procedure See: Cylinder Head Assembly/Fuel Pressure Release/Service and Repair.
2. Disconnect the negative battery cable (1).
3. Drain cooling system See: Cooling System/Service and Repair.
4. Remove the engine cover.
5. Remove air cleaner element housing See: Tune-up and Engine Performance Checks/Air Cleaner Housing/Service and Repair/Air Cleaner Body -
Removal.
