Drill a 7.0 mm (9/32" or "J" letter size drill) hole into the liftgate inside panel through the current cord clip hole (Figure 1).
CAUTION:
USE CARE WHEN DRILLING SO DRILL DOES NOT DENT OR GO THROUGH OUTER LIFTGATE SURFACE.

Install new shelf panel cord hanger clip, PN H285EK3 (Figure 1).
