SYMPTOM/CONDITION
Sags on acceleration in cold ambient temperatures during engine warm-up. This will not occur immediately following a cold start.
DIAGNOSIS
Driveability Test Procedures should be performed to verify proper operation of all components. If condition still exists, proceed as follows:

REPAIR PROCEDURE
This procedure involves installing a vacuum hose filter in the canister purge vacuum line. This will dampen the purge when the engine has warmed up to
the point where the purge system starts operating.
