Remove five air horn attaching screws and separate air horn from carburetor body (Figure 3).

Remove accelerator pump discharge nozzle screw, discharge nozzle, and both gaskets (Figure 4).
6.
Install new accelerator pump discharge nozzle, PN 4411993, using the two new discharge nozzle gaskets, PN 4411992, supplied.
7.
Reinstall the air horn assembly using supplied gasket, PN 4293836.

Position supplied O2 feedback solenoid gasket, PN 4271873, on the air horn. Install new O-ring, PN 4267165, on feedback solenoid (Figure 5).
Lightly lubricate O-ring with white grease and carefully install solenoid into air horn. Reinstall solenoid attaching screws and tighten.
9.
Reinstall air cleaner assembly.
