17. On 1985 - 87 Lancer and LeBaron GTS, pull shift housing from shift tube using puller C-4584 or equivalent, remove shift housing extension, then
withdraw shift tube from lower end of column.
18. On models with floor shift, remove spring securing shift housing to mast jacket, rubber bumper and the shift housing.
