6.   Cut the hog rings on the outer side of the cushion.

7.   Work around the outer edges and cut the hog rings.

8.   Fold cover up to access the inner hog rings and cut them.

9.   Repeat operation on the other side of cushion.

10.  Remove seat cushion cover from seat cushion.
