THIS BULLETIN SUPERSEDES TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN 18-012-07, DATED FEBRUARY, 16, 2007 WHICH SHOULD BE
REMOVED FROM YOUR FILES. ALL REVISIONS ARE HIGHLIGHTED WITH **ASTERISKS** AND INCLUDE THE ADDITION OF 2.7L
ENGINES AND AN IMPROVED CALIBRATION.

THE StarSCAN(R) FLASH FILES FOR THIS BULLETIN MUST BE RETRIEVED FROM THE INTERNET.

StarSCAN(R) SOFTWARE LEVEL MUST BE AT RELEASE 7.04 OR HIGHER FOR THIS BULLETIN.

SUBJECT:
Flash: MIL Illumination DTC P013A/P013C 02 Sensor Slow To Respond

OVERVIEW:
This bulletin involves reprogramming the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) with new software.

MODELS:

2007

(LX)

300/Magnum/Charger

NOTE:

**This bulletin applies to LX models built before April 23, 2007 (MDH - 0423XX) equipped with a 3.5L engine, (Sales Code EGG), 2.7L engine,
(Sales Code EER), and California (Five State) Emissions, (Sales Code NAE**).

SYMPTOM/CONDITION:

Some customers may experience MIL illumination with no other performance issues noted.

Upon investigation the technician may find the following DTC(s):

DTC PO13A - 02 Sensor 1/2 Slow Response - Rich to Lean or DTC PO13C- 02 Sensor 2/2 Slow Response - Rich to Lean. The fault may be
intermittent and difficult to duplicate.

NOTE:

This update involves a new calibration in which these DTC's have been eliminated from the software. Vehicles updated with the previous software
issued in February may require a second flash to this level to completely eliminate the MIL lamp illumination.

DIAGNOSIS:
Using a Scan Tool (StarSCAN(R)) with the appropriate Diagnostic Procedures available in TechCONNECT, verify all engine/transmission Systems are
functioning as designed. If DTC's other than those listed above are present record them on the repair order and repair as necessary before proceeding
further with this bulletin.

If the above DTC's are found perform the Repair Procedure.
