Shaft - Intermediate
SHAFT-INTERMEDIATE
REMOVAL
NOTE: The intermediate shaft is serviced only as a complete assembly.
1. Remove left halfshaft assembly (2).
2. Remove four intermediate shaft-to-oil pan bolts(1). Remove assembly (3) from engine
INSTALLATION
1. Install intermediate shaft assembly (3). Install and torque four intermediate shaft-to-oil pan bolts (1) to 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.).
2. Install left halfshaft assembly (2).
