Locate the blue striped vacuum signal hose to the canister, located on the right inside fender. Cut out a 4" long section of the blue striped vacuum
hose. Insert the free nipple of the delay valve from the overlay harness assembled in Step 2, into the blue striped vacuum signal hose remaining on
the vapor canister. Insert the free nipple of the bleed-off valve into the other side of the blue striped vacuum signal hose (Figures 1 and 2).
