With a piece of tape, mark the chuck end of a 3/16" drill bit a distance of 1-1/4" from the end. Remove carburetor fuel inlet hose, and insert fuel
inlet orifice, PN 4418021, with the chuck end of the drill bit to a depth of 1-1/4". Reinstall fuel inlet hose (Figure 1).

Cut two pieces of 3/16" diameter vacuum hose, PN 4105167 (serviced in bulk), into 2" and 32" lengths.

Make an overlay harness using the two pieces of cut vacuum hose; the vacuum bleed-off valve, PN 4104184; vacuum delay valve, PN 4306280;
and the vacuum tee, PN 3671410 (Figure 2).
