Failure of state I/M (2500 rpm) "CO" emission test at sea level.
DIAGNOSIS
This emission package should only be used on vehicles with proof of I/M failure during the 2500 rpm test.

REPAIR PROCEDURE
This repair involves installing a vacuum reducer, bleed-off valve, and vacuum delay valve in the vacuum signal to canister purge line.
1.
Cut three pieces of 3/16" diameter vacuum hose, PN 4105167 (serviced in bulk), in the following lengths. Two 2" lengths and one 28" length.
