Locate the blue striped vacuum signal hose to the vapor canister on the right inside fender. Cut out a 4" long section of the blue striped vacuum
hose. Insert the free nipple of the delay valve from the overlay harness assembled in Step 3 into the blue striped vacuum signal hose remaining on
the vapor canister. Insert the free nipple of the vacuum bleed-off valve into the other side of the blue striped vacuum signal hose (Figures 2 and 3).

Locate the vacuum tree under carburetor. Route the remaining vacuum hose from the overlay harness to the vacuum tree and tie wrap it to existing
harness. For vehicles with air conditioning, use the supplied vacuum tee, PN 3671410, to tee into the vacuum line, which comes from the bottom
of the vacuum tree. For vehicles without air conditioning, remove rubber cap from the nipple on the bottom of the vacuum tree and connect 32"
vacuum hose from overlay assembly from Step 3 (Figure 3).
