This bulletin supersedes Technical Service Bulletin 18-46-86, dated 11-10-86 which should be removed from your files. The repair procedure has been
updated and a part number corrected.
SYMPTOM/CONDITION
Lack of power when at highway speed during cool or cold weather. Lower temperatures, along with high humidity, will aggravate this condition.
DIAGNOSIS
This condition can be diagnosed by driving the vehicle at highway speeds in ambient temperatures near freezing. The interior of the air cleaner box,
element, and induction hoses will be coated with condensate. In extreme cold, the condensate will have turned to ice.

THE REPAIR PROCEDURE.
1.
